Cornstore Group Management Development Programme.


This programme has been designed and written with The Cornstore Group, to equip and
develop potential hospitality managers of the future with the skills that they will need to advance their careers and succeed as a team of management professionals. It will commence in June 2015 and finish in April 2016.

Entry Process:
Applicants will be recruited both internally and externally. In the first instance, please complete and submit the form on this page.


Recruitment Schedule: 

– Closing date for applications is Friday the 8th May 2015 at 5.00pm
– Shortlisted Applicants will be notified by Friday 15th May 2015pm
– Interviews will be held on 19th and 21st May 2015 in Limerick and Cork.

Successful candidates will be notified in writing by Tuesday 26th May. External candidates will be required to work a 2 week trial period at the Cornstore Restaurant in Limerick or Cork.  They will be notified on the 13th June if successful.
